Our fitness kickboxing program, Seekonk Kickboxing, is located inside of Dojo One. Kickboxing is a great form of exercise that uses every muscle group in the body. Fitness kickboxing combines the techniques used in full contact kickboxing along with exercises to create one of the best full body workouts you will ever try - without having to worry about being punched or kicked!
Seekonk Kickboxing burns hundred of calories per hour, helps build muscle, and will give you that lean and toned body you've always wanted. Most of all, IT'S FUN!
Our exciting classes are set to high energy music and are constantly changing from combinations on a punching bag to calisthenic and/or plyometric exercises, and even hitting boxing mitts.
